摘要: Phototransduction in invertebrates differs at least two conspicuously important aspects from that of vertebrates: In the visual pigment is converted by light to a thermostable meta-state which not, or only very slowly, metabolically regenerated. The electrical signal excitation based upon an increase membrane conductance as opposed decrease vertebrates, resulting voltage signals (receptor potentials) opposite polarity.
