摘要: Grape seed (GS) is a by-product of the fruit juice and wine industry with potential to be an alternative synthetic antioxidants due its antioxidant activity. Agro-industrial residues can converted more effective products by solid-state fermentation. The objective study was investigate effects GS fermented grape (FGS) on growth performance, capacity, cecal microflora in broiler chickens. A total 128 female broilers were randomly allocated into four treatment groups, each consisting replicates eight birds. Throughout 42-day feeding period, birds fed soybean-corn based diet (CON), 0.15 g/kg (butylated hydroxyanisole) supplemented (AO), 5 g/kg (GS), FGS (FGS). Dietary GS, FGS, AO supplementation increased BW (P < 0.05) average daily weight gain (ADG, P < 0.05) compared CON group overall period 42 days. also ADG 22-42 days control group. pH breast meat chickens higher (P < 0.01) than groups. decreased b* value had highest serum glutathione peroxidase catalase (CAT, P < 0.01) levels among CAT level Moreover, dietary Lactobacillus spp. cecum other groups Staphylococcus aureus present findings indicate that used diets as alternatives antioxidants.
