摘要: This thesis examines the relationship between rights and duties in field of fetal gene therapy assesses if current regulatory position within England Wales is compatible with intergenerational aspects scientific progress (FGT). Within genomics, junction has become a site where therapists are developing range medical techniques, such as utero stem cell therapy. Utilising techniques raises questions about how can reshape regulation. The focuses upon these key questions: Are issues FGT taken into account by both direct indirect stakeholders?
