摘要: This randomized, double-blind study evaluated the short-term effects and safety of perioperative retrograde autologous priming (RAP) for cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in patients with cardiac replacement surgery to determine if this approach is a better substitute crystal liquids valvular heart disease. We observed that RAP significantly decreased actual volume, preserved hematocrit hemoglobin level during CPB certain degree, lactate accumulation period. Moreover, lowered volume transfusion dosage blood products. Thus, our results showed effectively improved tissue perfusion intraoperative Lac levels, by reducing hemodilution, which safely reliably improve microcirculation perfusion.
