摘要: What does it mean to be a competent beginning teacher? This review melds findings from the literature on effective teaching with those of learning teach in order answer this question. It begins discussion problems encountered interpreting these bodies research. Next, differences between and experienced teachers are discussed three broad domains tasks: preactive, interactive, postactive. In conclusion, recommendations offered regarding what should measured performance-based assessments for teacher licensure.
