摘要: Abstract In this article, we quest for understanding the temperature dependent optical modes present in a-GexAs35 − xSe65 thin films. Strikingly, Raman spectra provide direct evidence of softening AsSe3/2 pyramidal units and Se clusters at higher temperatures. a stark contrast, GeSe4/2 corner edge sharing tetrahedral remain rigid against variation. Subsequently, FIR measurements room also significant insights on consistent with data. addition to that, our experimental results fascinating features–thermally compositionally tunable absorption spectra. We found that structural parameters are closely related help us various physico-chemical properties which can eventually contribute field optics optoelectronics.
