摘要: The temperature dependent anharmonic behavior of the phonon modes nanocrystalline CeO2 was investigated in range 80-440 K. constants have been derived from shift fitted to account for contributions as well thermal expansion contribution using high pressure parameters our own experimental data reported previously. total anharmonicity has also estimated true quasiharmonic component. In line-width variation analysis, cubic term found dominate quartic term. Finally, lifetime reflected trend so observed.
