摘要: Abstract The critical scattering in the cubic noncentrosymmetrical helimagnets with Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction Fe 1 - x Co Si ( = 0.15 , 0.2, and 0.5) has been studied. samples small concentration ≤ 0.2 ) are found to give q -dependence of typical Lorentzian shape. index inverse correlation length ν 0.48 ± 0.05 is for compound . above T C not observed 0.5 order parameter compounds 0.20 equal β 0.220 0.005 0.230 0.007 respectively. value could established 0.50 because first character phase transition. In our opinion, change transition from weakly real type increase related decrease anisotropy itinerancy under study.
