摘要: A system (10) for aseptically sterilizing a heterogeneous food product (15) consisting of particulates in liquid includes heating section (40), holding (44), and cooling (46). From the section, is routed to an aseptic tank (18) and/or apparatus (20) fill containers. The temperature profile monitored during processing, especially when passing through (40) thereby make sure that meets scheduled temperatures pre-determined by mathematical modeling. If significant deviation occurs between actual modeled product, affected not allowed reach or filler apparatus, but instead diverted located upstream another location.
