摘要: Abstract Many studies have focused on the production of mortar and concrete without cement. This is referred to as geopolymer or concrete. paper discusses effect alkali oxides (Na2O = 8, 12, 16 wt.% SiO2 = 0, 4, 8, 12 wt.%) compressive strength, microstructure durability circulating fluidized bed combustion coal bottom ash (CBA) cements (GC). Durability morphology tests were carried out through heating freezing tests. The highest strength (25.83 MPa) was achieved at Na2O wt.% = 12, SiO2 wt.% = 8. optimum atomic ratios for a compact obtained Si/Al between 3.5 4 Si/Na close 0.5. Following sintering, main reaction products (N-A-S-H gel) became more amorphous 800 °C, attaining 4.54 0.98. Sodium carbonate formation observed 800 °C. Also, loss GC only 6.77% after 30 freeze-thaw cycles. results show that durable cement can be produced by using waste ash. Therefore, has high environmental impact, decreasing material in addition global warming.
