Global governance of biofuels: a case for public-private governance?

摘要: With this paper, we examine the current state of global governance biofuels and assess potential regulatory non-regulatory mechanisms for such governance. We ask two questions: a) what are efforts initiatives towards biofuels; b) which form is more likely to emerge in field bioenergy. come conclusion that institution building through private non-state actor partnerships can offer a viable effective means However, primacy networks also number pitfalls avoid, especially with regard legitimacy inclusion. Drawing lessons from fields forest marine policy, close policy recommendations better biofuels.
