摘要: The phagocytosis of beta-glucan particles by human neutrophils and the associated activation NADPH O2- forming oxidase were accompanied an increased hydrolysis phosphoinositides phospholipase C, phosphatidylcholine D, accumulation diglyceride (DG) mass, [Ca2+]i rise. reaction phospholipid played a minor role in formation DG, which was mainly formed de novo synthesis from glucose. this pathway shown stimulation incorporation [U-14C]glucose into occurred very rapidly after challenge with particles. This DG derived glucose found almost completely as 1-acyl-2-acyl-glycerol (DAG). On basis finding that phosphatidic acid precursor DAG, increase [U-14C]acetate DAG did not occur, [14C]radioactivity glycerol backbone, likely via dihydroxyacetone phosphate 3-phosphate, stepwise acylation to acid, dephosphorylation phosphatidate phosphatase.
