摘要: This study aimed to identify estivation-specific gene clusters through the determination of differential expressions in liver Protopterus annectens after 6 days estivation a mucus cocoon air (normoxia) using suppression subtractive hybridization polymerase chain reaction. Our results demonstrated that normoxia led up-regulation mRNA several genes related urea synthesis, including carbamoyl phosphate synthetase (Cps), argininosuccinate and glutamine synthetase.
