摘要: Choline acetyltransferase (ChAT, acetyl CoA-choline-O-acetyltransferase, EC 2.3.1.6) is the enzyme responsible for catalyzing synthesis of important central and peripheral nervous system neurotransmitter, acetylcholine (ACh), therefore regulation ChAT activity likely to be a controlling factor in availability ACh neural transmission. Thus, many studies have been done establish relationship levels as well factors regulating (for reviews see 9, 19, 23). In addition, may serve “phenotypic” marker protein cells that make use neurotransmitter.
