摘要: A DNA probe assay is described using neutrally charged strands. Oligonucleotidic sequences to be detected are hybridized with these probes and the products therefore conveniently separated from unhybridized on a positively solid phase. Unhybridized or phase having retained then analyzed determine presence quantity of oligonucleotide detected.
