摘要: The management of congenital melanocytic nevi is controversial. authors describe their a nevus covering the breast and abdomen one-month-old girl over 16-year period. To prevent damage to developing breast, staged approach was used. resected first at six years age remaining portion removed after development complete 16 age. defect resurfaced with full thickness skin graft from groin. patient pleased postoperative result. This allowed an optimized aesthetic
