摘要: Stem cell has immense potential in regenerative cellular therapy. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) can become a attractive candidate for therapy due to its remarkable ability of self-renewal and differentiation into three lineages, i.e., ectoderm, mesoderm, endoderm. holds tremendous promises the field tissue regeneration transplantation disease treatments. Globally, medicinal plants are being used treatment prevention variety diseases. Phytochemicals like naringin, icariin, genistein, resveratrol obtained from have been extensively traditional medicine centuries. Certain bioactive compounds increase rate regeneration, differentiation, immunomodulation. Several studies show that specific role (bioactive mediator) regulating division through complex signal pathways BMP2, Runx2, Wnt. The use plant phytochemicals may also promising treating diseases osteoporosis, neurodegenerative disorders, other degenerative disorders. Thus, present review article is aimed at highlighting roles consequences extracts on MSCs proliferation desired lineage differentiations.
