XRD and 119Sn Mössbauer spectroscopy characterization of SnSe obtained from a simple chemical route

摘要: Abstract Crystalline tin selenide semiconductor was synthesized by a chemical route. Selenium powder reacted with potassium boronhydride, giving soluble selenium species seleniumhydride. The reaction of seleniumhydride chloride produced crystalline selenide, which characterized X-ray diffraction, 119Sn Mossbauer spectroscopy and scanning electronic microscopy. material thermally treated, in nitrogen flow, at 300 600 °C for 2 h the particle size evolution studied diffraction. diffraction results showed that mixture oxides orthorhombic obtained.
