摘要: The advent of DNA microarray technology has offered the promise casting new insights onto deciphering secrets life by monitoring activities thousands genes simultaneously. Current analyses data focus on precise classification biological types, for example, tumor versus normal tissues. A further scientific challenging task is to extract disease-relevant from bewildering amounts raw data, which one most critical themes in post-genomic era, but it generally ignored due lack an efficient approach. In this paper, we present a novel ensemble method gene extraction that can be tailored fulfill multiple tasks including (i) types; (ii) disease mining; and (iii) target-driven networking. We also give numerical application for(i) using public microarrary set aside separate paper address (iii).
