摘要: The chemical composition and microstructure of reaction layers formed under the presence lubricants with low wear protection, high fatigue but protection on thrust cylindrical roller bearings made 100Cr6 steel were analysed by transmission electron microscopy. Thin cross sections prepared focused ion beam technique investigated. nanomechanical properties different tribological static dynamic nanoindentation. Our results indicate that not only relies lubricant induced formation a layer, also combined system layer an underlying tribomutation layer. structure varies nature basic oil. investigations show its ability to protect against strongly depends oil viscosity additives.
