摘要: Abstract Rapid "scrambling" of the disulfide bonds RNase S-protein, with concomitant inactivation potential activity, occurs during catalysis by interchange enzyme microsomes. S-peptide prevents this reaction. The enzymically scrambled S-protein is reactivated on addition and enzyme.
