摘要: Precipitates in an 11% Cr ferritic/martensitic steel containing Nd with tempering and creep conditions were investigated using transmission electron microscope energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The precipitates the a condition identified to be Cr-rich M 23C6 carbide, Nb-rich/V-rich/Ta–Nb-rich MX carbides, Nb-rich carbonitride, Fe-rich 5C2 carbide. Nd-rich which is not known have been reported previously steels, was also detected after tempering. Most of dissolved, whereas amount Ta-rich increased significantly test at 600 °C applied stress 180 MPa for 1,100 h. No Fe2W Laves phase has (Fe, Cr)2W relatively large size observed test.
