摘要: The precipitate phases of a 11Cr F/M steel normalized at 1323 K (1050 °C) for 0.5 h and tempered 1.5 temperatures ranging from 573 K to 1053 K (300 °C 780 °C) were investigated using transmission electron microscopy energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. In the condition, Fe-rich M3C, M7C3, large MC carbides identified in steel. relatively low tempering temperature 773 K 500 °C), M2C, large-sized Nb-rich observed high 873 K (600 °C 780 °C), Cr-rich M3C2, M23C6, M5C2 MX particles including Nb-rich, Ta-Nb-rich, V-rich detected besides particles. process phase evolution during is discussed.
