摘要: The Ca++-dependence of the repetitive firing neostriatal neurons was studied in an vitro slice preparation rat neostriatum. Neuronal evoked by injecting depolarizing currents 100–200 ms duration. In normal conditions, mode tonic and showed very little adaptation. frequency-current relation linear over a wide range frequencies. first enhanced later suppressed Co++, Mn++ Cd++. These effects on Ca++-channel blockers paralleled suppression slow afterhyperpolarizing potential. lowering (0.2 mM) Ca++ had similar effects. presence TEA (up to 10 mM), cell fired both Na+ Ca+ action potentials. results suggest that, as other CNS vertebrate, potential (AHP) is due Ca++-activated K+-conductance, that AHP plays crucial role these neurons.
