摘要: A three phase modular multilevel dc-dc converter is proposed and analyzed for power electronic transformer (PET) application. Dual shift method adopted output regulation voltage balancing control. Compared with the single structure, current ripple sufficiently reduced, frequency increases, hence filter can be much smaller. To verify converter, a 100kW simulation model constructed in Simulink/MATLAB, results comply theoretical analysis very well.
