摘要: OBJECTIVE: Impaired fibrinolytical outcomes may be one of the pathogenic factors for thrombotic events in patients with antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL). We investigated consequences gene polymorphisms tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) and inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) positive aPL. METHODS: Seventy-seven Japanese 82 British aPL were examined Alu-repeat insertion (I)/deletion (D) polymorphism tPA by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), 4G/5G PAI-1 promoter site-directed mutagenesis-PCR restriction fragment length analysis. Correlations between these clinical symptoms syndrome (APS) (arterial thrombosis, venous miscarriage) analyzed. RESULTS: Significant differences allele frequencies genes did not exist controls. There was no significant correlation APS CONCLUSION: Polymorphisms or probably do significantly influence risk anerial pregnancy morbidity
