摘要: Background/Aims: The aim of this study was to clarify prognostic factors after surgical treatments in gastric cancer patients having synchronous liver metastases. Methodology: Clinicopathological features and prognosis were retrospectively reviewed 43 with concomitant metastases from 1984 1998 Results: More than half the (51.2%) had nomerous (H3). Rates peritoneal (P1, P2, P3: 34.9%), tumor serosal invasion (T3 or T4: 73.8%) widespread lymph node (N3, N4: 69.8%) also high. Although resection performed 29 (67.5%), hepatectomy only 3 (7.0%). Univariate analperformed analysis revealed that grade (H1, H2, H3) a statistically significant factor (P=0.008). Concerning treattic treatments, group tendency better survival nonresection (P=0.074). Eight cases survived more 1 year. Seven 8 (87.5%) gastrectomy.
