摘要: Abstract Aims Renal dysfunction in addition to diabetes is a serious risk factor for cardiovascular events. We hypothesized that some of the changes gene expression blood cells cause renal and macrovascular disease through impaired endothelial function. This study aimed define which peripheral mononuclear (PBMCs) are related function parameters large arteries patients with type 2 mellitus (T2DM). Methods recruited 95 T2DM. After matching gender, age, BMI HbA1c levels, patient cohort included 42 normoalbuminuria, 28 microalbuminuria, 25 macroalbuminuria. All three groups were assessed urinary albumin creatinine ratio (ACR), estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR), flow-mediated dilatation (FMD), mRNA PBMCs. Results The platelet activating receptor (PAFR) differed most markedly between was significantly higher macroalbuminuric group (p Conclusions PAFR overexpression PBMCs may link diabetic nephropathy macroangiopathy impairment
