摘要: The morphology of female sperm storage during the spawning period and degradation after were investigated by electron microscopy in a copulating teleost, Alcichthys alcicornis. spermatozoa maintained ovarian cavity, floating fluid period. then degenerated phagocytized macrophages invading cavity In ovary period, horseradish peroxidase used as tracer revealed tight junctional complexes connecting adjacent cells inner epithelia (ovarian wall epithelium ovigerous lamella epithelium). This indicates that compartmentalization occurs breached shown fact penetrated via intercellular space between adjoining epithelia. These results suggest are isolated from maternal immune system eliminated following breakdown J. Morphol. 233:153-163, 1997. © 1997 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
