摘要: Abstract The specific heat of a transforming V3Si crystal with superconducting transition temperature 16.8 K has been measured as function over the range from 30 to 2.6 K. electronic in state is found be that weak-coupling BCS superconductor characterized by 2Δ(0) k B T c = 3.46 . This result follows an analysis which lattice below structural treated using simple Debye model.
