摘要: Abstract The specific heat of a transforming V3Si crystal in the normal, mixed, and superconducting states has been measured from 6 to 30K zero 52.3 kG magnetic fields. An analysis carried out self-consistent way based on second-order phase transition normal state field. Various physical parameters characterizing are derived thermodynamics BCS weak coupling theory. most important parameter obtained this is 2Δ(0)/kTc = 3.46, which indicates our sample.
