摘要: Spinal epidural abscess is a rare infectious disease. However, if left unrecognized and untreated, the clinical outcome of spinal can be devastating. Correctly diagnosing in timely fashion often difficult, particularly clinician does not actively consider diagnosis. The most common presenting symptoms include backache, radicular pain, weakness, sensory deficits. early its course, also present with vague nondescript manifestations. In this report, we describe case as abdominal review literature describing other cases intra-abdominal pathology.
