摘要: In traditional face-to-face classrooms, collaborative learning has been endorsed as an effective pedagogy that fosters skills of analysis, communication and higher order thinking. Increasingly, online environments for tertiary learners make use course support systems, there is greater recognition the potential communications technologies to foster dialogue, networking team among learners. Such are now recognised core attributes graduates expected develop. face-toface classroom students learn collaboration teamwork by engaging in tasks defined supervised a teacher. teacher presence often limited task definition, management feedback functions. Team therefore need be supported though different pedagogies processes such establishing climate trust openness, protocols, resolution conflict group provide sanctions support. this paper we describe innovative approach building decision-making resolution, leadership clarity goal setting communication. A case study illustrates how essential aspects resources integrated assessment skills.
