摘要: A method is provided for detecting the proximity of a first molecular segment to second segment. The comprises covalently attaching fluorescein segment, cyanine 5 and presence or absence fluorescein-induced emission as result fluorescence resonance energy transfer when are in each other. Compositions compounds comprising pair also provided.
