摘要: Abstract The distribution of HLA-A, B, C, DR and DRB1, DQB1, DPB1 alleles was studied in 60 Japanese patients with clinically definite multiple sclerosis (MS) using serologic genomic analysis. We found significant associations HLA-Cw3 ( p = 0.002, c 0.012RR 3.2), DR2 0.007, RR 2.6), DQB1 ∗ 0602 0.04, 4.0) for the first time. combined presence Cw3 gave a higher risk than each antigen alone. reported increase frequency DPw4 MS [12] could not be confirmed by our study. frequencies all residues variable region amino acid sequences DQβ DPβ chains were different between controls. These results suggest that susceptibility may result from polygenic influences environmental factors.
