Electric and Dielectric Properties of Magnesium Metaphosphate Glasses

摘要: Modulus formalism and dielectric relaxation in metaphosphate glass with MgO modifier using imaginary real impedance measurements spectroscopy are investigated. In the range of temperatures 721 – 822 K over frequency from 10 Hz to 2 MHz electrical conductivity were performed. Arrhenius activation energy calculated DC energies estimated electric modulus AC good agreement.
