摘要: Publisher Summary With the advent of pioneering studies Rabo, Dalla Betta, and Boudart, it was realized at an early stage that zeolites could be promising supports for preparation very small metal clusters. Although experiments seemed industrial application various systems, is surprising until now only processes exist use exclusively Pt as active material always in combination with acid support: hydro cracking, shape selective isomerization are typical examples. In such catalytic function Pt-phase to carry out—in terms classical bifunctional mechanism catalysis—a structure-insensitive reaction: i.e. dehydrogenation-hydrogenation saturated unsaturated hydrocarbons, respectively.
