摘要: Type 2 diabetes is characterized by insulin resistance, deficiency, and hyperglycemia. Susceptibility to type has been linked Wnt signaling, which plays an important role in intestinal tumorigenesis. Carriers of variants the transcription factor 7-like gene, component pathway, are at enhanced risk for developing diabetes. The modulation proglucagon expression activity may partially explain link between signaling diabetes, one transcriptional processing products glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), exhibits a wide variety antidiabetogenic activities. GLP-1 stimulates pancreatic beta cells, enhancing cell proliferation; thus, positive feedback result increased proliferation, suppressed apoptosis, cells. Since beta-cell protection potential treatment stimulation represent valid therapeutic approach.
