摘要: A supply-shift concept of food price inflation is offered as an explanation why prices have increased in recent years. This view consistent with cost-push theories inflation. The effects higher farm product on are analyzed using Pascal distributed lag models the adjustment process. Estimates presented for 23 selected products. results indicate that passed through to retail level most quickly products which not highly processed.
