摘要: Sternal metastasis from ovarian carcinoma is extremely rare. We report a case of young woman in whom single at the level upper portion sternum developed. Surgical excision was performed with replacement by sternal allograft stabilized titanium plates and transosseous high-tension sutures. With this simple reproducible technique, we obtained stable dynamic reconstruction sternoclavicular joints shoulder girdle. The use provides excellent functional cosmetic results. implantation technique reproducible.
