摘要: Surgical excision with a safety margin is the cornerstone of treatment malignant sternal tumors. After resection, primary goals chest wall reconstruction are to prevent flail ventilatory impairment, protect underlying mediastinal structures, and avoid deformity. Various techniques several materials have been used over years for this purpose. This report describes use allograft reconstruct after resection.
