摘要: Background: SAPAP1 was originally identified as a protein interacting with the guanylate kinase domain of PSD-95. also interacts various proteins, including neurofilaments, synaptic scaffolding molecule (S-SCAM), nArgBP2, dynein light chain and Shank through different regions. Results: We expressed regions in hippocampal neurones. The targeting mediated by N-terminal region did not depend on interaction PSD-95 or S-SCAM. involved localization S-SCAM, but affected that Shank. suppressed blocking NMDA AMPA receptors. Fluorescent recovery after photobleaching study revealed immobile at synapses. Conclusion: is component static core PSD, its dynamics are from those other PSD components, PSD-95, S-SCAM BEGAIN.
