摘要: Synapse development in the vertebrate central nervous system is a highly orchestrated process occurring not only during early stages of brain development, but also (to lesser extent) mature system. During formation synapses intimately linked to differentiation neuronal cells, extension their axons and dendrites, course wiring Subsequently, stabilization, elimination, strengthening synaptic contacts coupled refinement axonal dendritic arbors, establishment functionally meaningful connections, probably day-to-day acquisition, storage, retrieval memories, higher order thought processes, behavioral patterns.
