摘要: Recent developments in medicine have given us a better insight into group of disorders known as autoimmune diseases. In particular, advances occurred our understanding the Autoimmune Inner Ear Disease (AIED). this article, authors review different postulated theories pathogenesis disease. The clinical presentation, available para-clinical diagnostic tools, and important differential diagnoses will be summarized. management methods, including steroid therapy, immunosuppressive medications, other biological agents intra-tympanic injections, addressed. Cochlear implantation final solution to advanced stages disease, causing total deafness, also discussed.
