摘要: We describe 2 cases of bilateral Meniere disease with features resembling autoimmune inner ear in patients who were found to be carriers human leukocyte antigen (HLA) B27. For immunohistochemical analysis, mouse sections used as the tissue substrate for reaction serum. Both demonstrated an increased immunofluorescence compared a normal control. suggest that antibody-mediated mechanism may responsible HLA-B27-associated disease.
