摘要: Autoimmune diseases are the result of an interplay between predisposing genes and triggering environmental factors, leading to loss self-tolerance immune-mediated destruction autologous cells and/or tissues. Genes in HLA complex among strongest genetic factors. The primarily involved most often those encoding peptide-presenting class I or II molecules. A probable mechanism is preferential presentation by disease-associated molecules peptides from autoantigens T cells. Recent studies have shown, however, that other also contribute. Taken together, available evidence suggests harbour both disease which quite specific for some autoimmune (e.g. HLA-B27 ankylosing spondylitis) others may be more common several diseases. This will briefly reviewed following.
