摘要: Reliable, reproducible, and valid fingerprint analysis methods using high-performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array detection (HPLC-DAD) for characteristic bioactive water-solution extracts of Radix Isatidis, Folium their preparations were firstly developed validated. Ninety-three batches samples investigated the common fingerprinting profile water-soluble was established with professional analytical software recommended by State Food Drug Administration (SFDA). The reference chromatogram also generated 24 peaks showing large peak areas good separation from adjacent peaks, total more than 85% areas.
