摘要: Abstract The aim was to establish a method for extraction and chemical fingerprinting of extracts Isatis indigotica roots (“Ban–Lan–Gen”) apply the developed 18 Ban–Lan–Gen samples. RP-HPLC with gradient elution performed on authentic reference standards powdered I. roots, indigotin indirubin purchased from National Institute Control Pharmaceutical Biological Products (NICPBP) China. Eighteen “Ban–Lan–Gen” samples (including herb) were bought Singapore different regions in Comparisons chromatograms showed that can be divided into three groups. five found similar extract sample. Eight other had peaks as sample but intensities generally lower, except between retention times 10–40 min. Peaks these more intense than those Forty-five characteristic could all above at 52 53 min determined indirubin, respectively. remaining four fingerprints each Hierarchical clustering analysis gave results visual comparison. allows simple identification comparisons roots. This is first report hierarchical root.
