摘要: Abstract Background Receptor for advanced glycation end-products popularly known as RAGE is a cell surface immunoglobulin class of molecule, binds with multiple ligands and therefore considered multi-ligand receptor. Use deficient mice (RAGE−/−) well established mouse models pertaining to inflammation-associated carcinogenesis such that chemically induced colitis associated cancer provides direct genetic evidence likelihood novel role in cancer, respect its ability lead proliferation survival. Besides inflammation, interaction various enhances oxidative stress both cancerous noncancerous cells which further complicates the progression cancers. Scope review Till date, no single article has discussed mechanism dependent complication cancers, particularly proliferation, angiogenesis, survival anti-apoptosis needs be discussed. Major conclusion number by activating cycle proteins (e.g., cyclin D1), anti-apoptotic BCl2), prosurvival (AKT) autophagic proteins. Role also been detected formation new blood vessels (angiogenesis) activation myeloid derived suppressor (MDSCs). General significance This describes types cancers possible usefulness therapy confront stronger magnitude.
