摘要: Mitochondrial (mt) genome sequences provide useful markers for investigating population genetic structures, systematics and phylogenetics of organisms. Although Taenia multiceps, T. hydatigena, taeniaeformis are common taeniid tapeworms ruminants, pigs, dogs, or cats, causing significant economic losses, no published study on their mt genomes is available. The complete T.multiceps, were amplified in two overlapping fragments then sequenced. sizes the entire 13700 bp 13489 13647 taeniaeformis. Each three contains 36 genes, consisting 12 genes proteins, 2 rRNA, 22 tRNA, which same as all other cestode species studied to date. All transcribed direction have a nucleotide composition high A contents A+T 71.3% 70.8% 73.0% AT bias had effect both codon usage pattern amino acid proteins. multiceps hydatigena noncoding regions, but only one. Phylogenetic analyses based concatenated protein-coding revealed that more closely related members genus, consistent with results previous morphological molecular studies. present determined animal human health significance, providing studying systematics, genetics, epidemiology these parasites animals humans.
